Class dismissed!
OK everyone. This is the place to post references, ask questions, make follow-up comments, etc. EMU members: you’ll be receiving an email shortly about how you can LISTEN TONIGHT’S CLASS AGAIN! Thanks, everyone, for your great questions, comments, testimonials, and research references regarding the various topics. We touched upon Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, MS, ALS, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, CoQ10, cervical dystonia, emotional release, bipolar disorder, nitric oxide, libido, oxygen to the brain, seizure disorders, diabetic ulcers, and more. Whew!
What did you remember? What did you appreciate? What do you want to learn about?
Thanks for bearing with me in the early going — unfortunately I found myself doing too much at once. You helped me get back on track nicely!
Please send criticisms and areas for improvement directly to the email address posted on the very first blog (beginning with “info@”). Our technology (and hence background noise, etc.) will steadily improve!

Question:
Are there any contra indications for using the SKin Dream on the face over a long period of time.? What happens if one stops using the Skin Dream once one has done the 6 week daily application? Will wrinkles come back if one does not continue a maitenance of 3 times a week?
What would happen if someone used the Skin Dream on red spots which may possibly be pre cancerous?
Rose ~ No long term side-effects from Skin Dream. The SkinDream stimulates the removal of stagnating exudates in the dermal layer of skin, so in essence, it improves your skin’s ability to “take out the garbage.” The dermal layer produces more vital fluid containing nutrients, and this small amount of fluid is just enough to smooth out wrinkles. There is no harm in this.
Contraindications would include skin conditions of the face relating to systemic illness, such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Scleroderma, Psoriasis, Dermatomyositis, and a host of other conditions in the category of rheumatological disease. Do not use the Skin Dream if you have a rash on the face, a fever, or any illness or medical condition without consulting your health care provider. Remember, the Skin Dream is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.
Great question Rose!
Great Blog
. It will definitely be a great tool for all users of devices like the MRS 2000 and the SkinDream to feel more safe while using it and improve results.
Could u please speak on Cervical Dystonia..as in, using the Mat and or SLRS and the Mat. What would be most beneficial and applications.
Anne-Marie:
Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, we’ll be happy to speak on Cervical Dystonia. Stay tuned!
Is it possible to get info on this before the next broadcast
Absolutely … I’ll post some info for you in a jiffy!
Anne-Marie:
As you might imagine, there is tons of literature out there on cervical dystonia. The most commonly used interventions in the scientific journals include the injection of botulinum toxin A (or F in some cases), use of deep brain stimulation (one device is made by Medtronic), and the use of sustained vibration. often times the target of deep brain stimulation is the “globus pallidus internus (GPi),” part of the basal nucleus of the brain.
What’s interesting to me is that cervical dystonia his closely related to another condition, blepharospasm. Blepharospasm involves the same area of the brain, and I have had one patient with this condition respond remarkably well to the MRS 2000.
The whole body mat applicator is best. Use 2-4 times daily (no more than one hour maximum) at a setting of 10 in the morning and at midday, and ‘sensitive’ in the evening.
The pad can also be used at 50-100 in the neck and shoulder region 2-3 times daily for 8 minutes each session.
As an adjunct, you can use a hand held or electric vibrator to stimulate the neck muscles (the sternocleidmastoid and other tight musles) for a prolonged period of time (15 minutes or more). You’ll find that using this on one side works best (usually the side of most muscle contraction — but not always).
Botulinum toxin (Botox) is highly touted in the literature. I’m not a big fan of injections, but this can be a serious condition, leading to early and advanced degenerative arthritis of the upper neck. The pad applicator (used as described above) can help protect these joints somewhat even if the spasm is not helped directly. Again, vibration therapy can be a very good thing. Botox has been shown to reduce the amount of arthritis in just over 30% of cases studied.
The SLRS system should DEFINITELY BE USED. Feel free to use this each time you use the whole body mat. Use regular “time-of-day” settings for the mat.
Thank You Dr.C, I am seeing this new client today and delighted to bring her this info
In Appreciation

Thank you for a most informative talk. I am the one with hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy .diagnosed with it in July 2008.I am 76 yrs.old very active until then and fainted twice before going to hospital I have been using the MRS.200 since March 2008 and am sure it saved my life.I was told my oxygen level was high (it should not have been) I am on meds and also using alternative healings such as body talk and Matric energetics.I take Garlic,Ql0,Calm,C,and protein drinks. I am sure I will get my strenght back . I use the mat at 8/10 and 8/sen. 3 x daily.I also use it on my feet 1/day at l6/25 to increase circulation.Any suggestions you might have will be greatly appreciated, Sara
Hi, Dr. C!
I love all this new technology and the ability to communicate with you and others about the MRS! The last teleconference was AWESOME!!
I have a question for you that is a little off the wall….I know that you are continually researching and documenting cases for people who are using the MRS and am wondering if EMU will ever offer possible scholarships for those people who need treatment and cannot afford it. These people could definitely be great cases for your work.
I have a 28 year old, man, who is a medical mystery. He has had a heart monitor implant since December, 2007, has a multitude of medical problems, and doctors cannot diagnose what the root of his problem is. I have a partial list of some of his problems, but did not want to add them to this blog at this time.
He cannot afford an MRS due to all of the medical bills that he has. I believe that he needs to be under a doctor’s care because he will need life-style changes, possible supplementation, etc. Would you or another of our other docs involved with the MRS be willing to take this young man on as a study for the MRS.
As an individual, not medically involved, I don’t feel comfortable speaking to his doctors about PEMFs. What do you think?
